Votes for the Best Production Design of the 1990's are in... and the winner is Pleasentville! I'm really surprised, I mean, I love Pleasentville but I really thought Titanic had this locked. There were some great face-offs like "Hook" vs "L.A Confidential" and "Babe" vs "Romeo + Juliet". I'm glad I didn't bet this one, I would have had "Romeo" vs "Titanic"!
